Sandra Riess is a Ukrainian-American actress known for her work in feature films, television, and vertical series. Born in Ukraine, Sandra moved to the United States as a young child and is now based in Las Vegas, Nevada, working frequently in Los Angeles.
Sandra began acting at a young age and quickly developed a reputation for her emotional range, strong dramatic instincts, and ability to take direction. Her growing body of work includes more than 20 screen projects across film, television, commercials, and vertical series.
Her film work includes the lead role of Marie in the feature film Murmur and the role of Clara in Drifter, alongside Kate Beckinsale and Dermot Mulroney. She also worked alongside Jessica Alba in The Mark. Other credits include The Housewife, The Great Drying, Outside, Turning Point, Vegas Traffic, and Apple TV+‘s Imperfect Women. Her vertical-series work includes The Hockey Star Can’t Stop Missing Me and Brave New Beginning with My Fire Captain. Sandra is SAG-Eligible and has experience working in both lead and supporting roles on professional sets.
Outside of acting, Sandra is an accomplished Level 7 rhythmic gymnast who qualified for the 2026 USA Gymnastics DVP National Championships after ranking among the Top 12 Level 7 athletes in Region 2. Her extensive movement training also includes contortion, dance, acrobatics, and martial arts.
Sandra speaks English and Russian fluently and has studied Mandarin for several years. Her combination of dramatic acting experience, athletic ability, language skills, and extensive movement training gives her an unusually versatile skill set as a young performer.
