- Morten Rougne is a Norwegian animation director, story developer and designer. Most known for his work on City of Friends (2011), where he also designed several of the characters, he has also worked on several short films, TV-commercials, in news broadcasting and in the game industry. Morten has successfully been leading animation and design teams for many years and has broad experience developing stories and visuals for entertainment and marketing.
