Kelton Mickens

Kelton Juan Mickens is a Singer/Songwriter/Actor. Kelton is a upcoming actor and musician, born July 21st 1997 in a small city in Alabama called Gadsden, Kelton was born and raised in Gadsden Alabama where he lived with his Mother (Cheryl Mickens), his older sister (nakayah Wilson), and his older brother (Demarcus Jones). Kelton comes from a musical family, he began singing at 6 years of age where he would then keep singing only among himself or his mother and siblings. He begin to start to get more comfortable and start to sing at school where he realized his classmates and peers enjoyed his vocal ability so he felt the need to take it serious and pursue music. He also grew up in church where his uncle (Bishop Terry Jones) is his pastor for Abundant Life Church, there is where he began singing in public with a microphone. Kelton wanted to branch off from church and try his hand at R&B so he begin singing and covering R&b songs. In his junior year in high school he entered a talent show where he won first place hosted by his drama teacher. He took drama class where he met DJ Ragland who was just a classmate at the time then years later he got into acting after receiving a phone call from Mr Ragland where he begin acting in his first filmed series titled "Living With The Mason" from there is where Kelton got his acting start. Since then he has been in productions such as "The Conniving Heart", "The world of Willie the movie", And most recently "DJ's Another Loving Family".
