Biography

Emmy Award-winning editor Kevin Sukho Lee began his career editing trailers, music videos, and short films. Much later he became an editor at Nickelodeon on Pinky Malinky and Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling, then at Cartoon Network on Apple & Onion and Craig of the Creek. His first feature as editor was Orion and the Dark at DreamWorks Animation which premiered on Netflix in 2024 - for which he won the Emmy for Editing for an Animated Program. After Orion and the Dark, Kevin was an additional editor on The Bad Guys 2 for DreamWorks before moving to Sony Pictures Animation to work on an unannounced feature. In addition to a career in editing, Kevin got his start in TV as the animation producer for Nick Jr's Yo Gabba Gabba! for which he was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Pre-School Children's Series in 2012. Kevin also did some writing and directing in the three seasons he worked on the show. After Yo Gabba Gabba! he became a development executive at Nickelodeon for several years before returning to his first love, editing.
