- Pablo Monsalve is a Colombian photojournalist and an aspiring filmmaker. In Colombia he has published in newspapers such as as El Colombiano and UniversoCentro newspapers, and also in magazines like Semana, Arcadia, Soho and Esquire Colombia. His images have appeared in international media such as Gatopardo México, Times, Vox, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, Vanity Fair, among others. He has exhibited his work at the EAFIT and Pontificia Bolivariana universities, and at the TRIP Hotel Medellín. Pablo has also collaborated in various film projects contributing in production and camera departments.
Pablo is based in New York City, where he develops audiovisual projects with an emphasis on documentary, artistic photography and video. He has made video clips as a producer and has managed to combine different artistic lines from the image. In 2020 he produced Dante, a fiction short film written and directed by Cristian Peña, which won the selection by various international festivals. He is also a freelance photographer for ViewPress, an international photography agency based in New York.
