Bernie Carbo was born on April 5, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, USA. He is an actor, known for 1970 World Series (1970), 1970 National League Championship Series (1970) and MLB's Greatest Games on MLB Network (2011).

Made major league debut on 2 September 1969.

Played outfield for the National League's Cincinnati Reds (1969-1972[part]), St. Louis Cardinals (1972[part]-1973 & 1979-1980), and Pittsburgh Pirates (1980[part; pinch-hitter only]); and the American League's Boston Red Sox (1974-1976[part] & 1977-1978[part]), Milwaukee Brewers (1976[part]), and Cleveland Indians (1978[part]).
