Biography

Pit Passarell was born on April 11, 1968 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was an actor and composer, known for Capital Inicial: Depois da Meia Noite (2011), Acústico MTV: Capital Inicial (2000) and Viper: A Cry from the Edge (1989). He died on September 27, 2024 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Was the bassist, main composer and occasional lead vocalist of the Brazilian heavy metal band Viper.

Of Spanish and Lebanese origins.

Wrote for the rock band Capital Inicial, that his brother Yves Passarell joined after leaving Viper.

Fell ill and needed medical attention on stage on August 31,2024 during a performance at the Chico Science Cultural Center, in São Paulo. After quick treatment, he felt better and made a point of playing the last two songs of the set list.
