Diane Kaufman, MD is a poet, artist, child psychiatrist, and founder/director of the Hold On Campaign for Suicide Prevention that uses art to educate on suicide and helps those struggling with suicidal thoughts via the power of art to connect, express, and heal. She is a director, producer, and writer (lyricist) known for the internationally award winning songs Holding The Heart When It Breaks (2023), Hold On (2023), Lift You Up (2022), and Don't Give Up (2022). She is the director and producer of the internationally award winning animated short film, Marble Me Free (2023) on the "dark night of the soul" journey through physical and emotional pain.
