- Lauren is a fluent Welsh speaker and a passionate advocate for the language and for Welsh arts. She's a respected Welsh-language performer on both stage and screen, appearing in productions including Pren Ar Y Bryn, Y Gyfrinach, Y Teimlad and Halibalw.
- Lauren was trained at Wales' national conservatoire, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
