Latoya Porter

Latoya Porter is a retired U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of honorable service, including three deployments to Iraq and travels to more than 26 countries. She is a published author of My Lover, His Murderer and a recipient of recognition through the International Impact Book Awards. Latoya is the Founder and Owner of Savvy Treasure Box, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting female veterans living with PTSD. She is also the filmmaker, writer, and producer of Turning The Page, a docuseries streaming on Tubi, YouTube-Stash TV, Stash - War & Military, and Fawesome Today. Her commitment to veteran empowerment has been formally recognized with a Proclamation for Roll With A Sistah Woman Empowerment for Veterans, signed by the Mayor of Arlington, Texas. Latoya holds two degrees in Human Resources and Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus. She is also a proud member of Kappa Epsilon Psi, an incorporated nonprofit military sorority founded in 2011 to unite and empower women service members.
