Deborah Kosnett

Deborah Kosnett has a warm, resonant alto voice, and she's not afraid to use it! Her smoky vocal timbre and narration style has been termed "very easy to listen to." She is adept at voicing young children all the way up to 100+, or "one foot in the grave," as she terms it. She specializes in audiobooks, Tier 3 auto dealership voiceover, museum and tourist attraction video VO, and Democratic political ads. However, she is open to pretty much all VO projects, as long as they are SFW.

A 1975 graduate of West Virginia State University (B.A. in Speech and Drama), Deborah is an actor first and always . . . it's a discipline she brings with her to her audiobooks. Though she worked in the corporate world for several decades as a CPA serving exempt organizations, she's never quite gotten over being bitten by the acting bug . . . so here she is, loving the heck out of her latest career!

When she's not narrating, Deborah is a voracious reader (but you guessed that, didn't you??), competing with her husband to fill their home with books. She is owned by two rescue cats, loves to cook and garden (when she has time), owns 5 bicycles, and being a Florida resident, loves to go to the beach in the early mornings. She collects 20th century vintage costume jewelry, vintage Floridiana, and is always up for a trip to a new antique mall.
