Was a member of 50 Cent's group, G-Unit. He was kicked out of the group due to internal problems.

Refers to his hometown of Nashville, Tennessee as "Cashville, Ten-A-Ki"

Put into G-Unit in 2003, after he met 50 Cent and after they made the song, "Blood Hound", together.

Has a daughter, Jayla, born in 2003.

His debut album "Straight Outta Cashville" has been certified platinum.

In 2005, an album called "T.I.P." was released. It consisted entirely of songs Young Buck recorded before he got his major record label deal with G-Unit. That album is not considered his major sophomore release, as it was not distributed by G-Unit/Interscope Records and was not well-marketed.

In searching for a new label, he released numerous tracks against his former G-Unit members, though later expressed regret in doing so.

Released the first official single, "I Know You Want Me" (featuring Jazze Pha) from his second album, 'Buck The World'. The album is scheduled for release in November of 2006. (September 2006)
