- Kwok-Leung Ngan was born on May 17, 1953 in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony. He was an actor, known for Project A 2 (1987), Yuan yin (1981) and Jing zu 100 fen (1990). He was married to Fot Kit-Ching. He died on May 25, 2024 in Hong Kong.

- In 1987, he acted in The Seasons, a popular drama series shown during Enjoy Yourself Tonight. On the set of The Seasons, there was a scene in which his wife (portrayed by Meg Lam) was to slap him. Lam slapped him too hard, which caused injury on his neck. Ngan was hospitalised for a month.
- When asked hi partner Fok Kit-ching's 41-year relationship with him and their unofficial marriage, Johnny Ngan seemed a bit embarrassed and said, "In our 41 years together, we've had one phrase for each year, 41 phrases in total.".
- From 1995 to 1999, he acted in the hit TVB soap opera A Kindred Spirit. His performance as the middle-aged "Chan Tai Sing" attracted young viewers' attention. Since this drama, he has gotten to appear in more dramas with more screen time.
