- Anir Ahant is a budding writer/director obsessed with examining societal structures and the surreal.
A former surgeon-scientist trainee, Anir left his twelve-year career to pursue a longstanding dream of filmmaking. In 2024, he started his company Kitewood Productions, through which he wrote, directed, and acted in the horror short film LIMINAL, premiering fall 2027.
Anir brings a unique perspective to his work, interrogating what we accept as normal and how the individual fits in. He enjoys filming drama and horror, as well as commercial work with a focus in the human health space.
