Biography

John Przybylinski was born in Summit, New Jersey, and is a film producer/executive, actor, & writer. John's cinematic passion is influenced by Hollywood Film legends such as Bela Lugosi, Vincent Price, & Tomoyuki Tanaka: Creator of Godzilla; & 20th Century icons such as Stephen King, James Cameron, Stephen Spielberg, & John Carpenter: Master of Horror.

In 2023, Przybylinski made his official producorial debut as Executive Producer, with drama/mystery 'Dark Night of the Soul' (2024), written & directed by S.J. Creazzo (Skipping Stones), starring the award-winning talents of Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines / Darkness of Man), and Martin Cove (Karate Kid / Cobra Kai).

John's second film as Producer was drama 'You're Not There' (2024), written by Justy Kosek. Recipient of two awards at the 2024 Sherman Oaks Film Festival, a prestigious film Foundation: Grand Jury Award - Best Feature Film (Drama), & Grand Jury Award - Best Lead Performer (Feature Film) awarded to actress Nellie Spackman.

Przybylinski reached new heights as Executive Producer with his third film, highly praised crime/thriller 'Clutch' (2025), written & directed by Michael Merino (MCMFilms). A five-time award-winning feature film, 'Clutch' won Best Independent Film by 'L.A. Film Fest' Los Angeles Independent Filmmakers Showcase (IFS), a premiere film screening series supporting ground-breaking cinema from around the world. 'Clutch' continues to be highly received worldwide.

John's solid track record as Executive Producer continued with his fourth film, two-time award-winning 'Texas Nightmare' (2025). John collaborated again with the talents of Michael Merino and actress Sadie Katz, and actor & film producer Randy Charach (Charach Productions).

Aside from the accolades, John's critically acclaimed body of work has garnered global attention during screenings at the world's most distinguished festivals: EFM at the Berlin International Film Festival - Berlin, Germany; Cannes Film Festival - Cannes, France; Tribeca Festival - New York, New York, USA; American Film Market - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

As both an Actor & Producer, Przybylinski continues to build momentum in the industry, enhancing his already impressive portfolio by being strategic and selective when choosing to embrace new projects. John has a unique ability to seamlessly collaborate with top-tier actors & filmmakers, contributing a variety of visionary and creative ideas. From initial scripts to his engagement on set, and at screenings & premieres, John's unwavering support and dedication is a critical component of every project he engages in.

John's contributions to film have led to over 85 nominations & 57 awards. In 2024, he founded the New Jersey (USA) based company Dark Horse Entertainment LLC, which supports film & media projects over a wide variety of genres.
