Thierry Potok(I)

Thierry Potok is a tri-lingual (English, French, German) producer, as well as an advisor in the film and TV industry. Born in France, he has lived on two continents and three countries - France, Germany, and the U.S. He is currently a resident of Texas, USA. Thierry studied Engineering in Paris, France, and got his Master's in Business Administration from Stanford University, California USA. Currently, Thierry is the President of AECS, a production and advisory firm based in Texas, USA, and the Chairman of Isold Film & TV Finance Ltd (Reykjavik, Iceland) the only private Icelandic Film Fund. From 1999 through 2015 he held the positions as CEO and Chairman for major companies in the European Film and TV Industry including Vivendi Deutschland and the Babelsberg Studios (Berlin), MP Medienparks NRW (Cologne), and VIP Medienfonds(Munich) in Germany. Last but not least, Thierry produced, co-produced and/or executive produced some 20 feature films including The Constant Gardener, The Bourne Supremacy, Two Days in New York, Two Days in Paris, Race, Around the World in 80 Days, Kingdom of Heaven and Sahara.
