- Miina was involved in a serious car crash on November 27, 2013 in Ylöjärven Kuru. She was driving towards the direction of the Virtain Ylöjärvi when lost control of her car on a slippery road. Auto slipped in the oncoming lane and collided with another car. After this, the car crashed into the railing and slid back into the oncoming lane, a third car crashed into Maasolan's car. Maasola no longer regained consciousness after the accident, and she died from her injuries on February 8, 2014. The second car were about 60 years old woman and a man were injured less severely. Maasola was a long time in the treatment of Tampere University Hospital, Tampere, Pirkanmaa, but died in a nursing home.
