Mandy Miaomiao Chen is a Chinese director and producer based in Los Angeles. She is a judge for the Telly Awards. Her work focuses on capturing the subtle details of everyday life and the complexities of human emotion, creating stories that are both intimate and universally relatable. The film Winter Psalm, which she produced was selected for the Tribeca Festival and the San Diego International Film Festival. The film Cocoon, which she directed was selected for the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival, and the Music Video No Opponent, which she produced and directed won the Telly Award.
