He is a retired Infantry Marine, actor, published author, screenwriter, and entrepreneur with a background in theater and opera. As a producer, Derrick brings his keen logistical mind, and sharp eye for detail developed over 23 years of combat operations and business ownership. He specializes in streamlining operations and building cohesive, talented teams. Driven by a deep belief in the power of cinema to provoke thought and inspire change, Derrick continues to push boundaries with each new project. He is writing the first novel in a four part series based on the song "The Highwayman" by the Highwaymen.
