Lauren DeJolie is a self-described "part-time filmmaker" based in Tucson, Arizona. She began her filmmaking education at age 18, studying digital filmmaking at The Art Institute of Tucson. During her time there, she participated in numerous projects, including several of her own short films.
After completing her studies, Lauren worked as a multimedia coordinator for the City of Casa Grande, where she continued to develop her storytelling skills. During this time, she began production on her short film Crooked, which was selected for two film festivals, including the Phoenix Film Festival in 2019.
She later joined the W.P. Carey School of Business as a multimedia developer before returning to Tucson. She enjoys freelancing and creating digital content creation for local businesses and collaborates with fellow creatives in the film community.
