Fernando Zabaneh is an award-winning film producer, director, and composer known for his work on short projects such as Senna's Encore, Rated X, and Milo: The Voyage to Atlantis. He has built a reputation for overseeing international productions and bringing diverse stories to life through multiple creative roles. Zabaneh holds a BFA in Producing from the New York Film Academy (NYFA) and has business experience in the finance and technology sectors, bringing a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to his work in film.
As a producer, Fernando Zabaneh has been involved in projects across North America. He produced the experimental youth short film Blanko while in Los Angeles and successfully filmed it in Milan, Italy. He also produced Milo: The Voyage to Atlantis (2024), a 12-minute live-action adaptation of Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire, which served as a pilot for a miniseries. Milo gained significant online attention, garnering over 25,000 YouTube views within its first weeks of release. Another notable producing credit is Tin Roof, Rusted (2024), a feminist dark comedy short directed by Maria Gomez, which explores "the uncomfortable intersection between private and public life" through an abortion storyline. Through these projects, Zabaneh has collaborated with filmmakers from Italy, France, and Germany to the United States, Mexico, and Colombia.
In addition to producing, Zabaneh writes and directs his own films.
