Her tenacity and passion for protecting animals has made her a trustworthy and reliable source for animal lovers everywhere. Growing up in Connecticut, Annemarie had aspirations of being an actress. Upon graduating from The University of Connecticut, majoring in Fine Arts, she moved to NYC to pursue her goals as a performer. During that time Annemarie realized that her true calling was to help animals in need. She left NYC and began her career in the animal welfare field at The Little Shelter on Long Island. Annemarie is a true animal advocate and believes that all animals deserve our compassion, and our protection, from abuse.
