Past employers have included Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, Fox, NBCUniversal/ Telemundo as well as the following networks: Hallmark, Lifetime, Discovery, NatGeo, and more. • A note from Rosa on her future vision:

My 2+ decades of film and TV production work using principle photography notwithstanding, my sincere interest is in other forms of visual arts: animation - video games - virtual reality and virtual production - volumetric style stage work and the integration of Unreal with filmmaking production techniques. Utilizing these technologies to creatively expand as a Screenwriter & Director, as well as for producing my own work, are foremost goals for me at this time.

I have spent years in research creating a production vision that includes everything from animation to mo-cap, to volume work, to traditional cinematography. I am looking forward to expanding my technical filmmaking & transmedia storytelling knowledge and evolving with innovative production styles.

The upliftment of diversity & inclusion in our industry is what I participate in many ways, not just as a female filmmaker in a gender minority. I host filmmaker panels and run a Diversity & Inclusion Program at the Ojai Film Festival since 2021, and judge an award for "Social Vision" sponsored by Panavision. I also assist the Commercial Directors Diversity Program (CDDP) for the DGA & AICP; I facilitate participation & set up panelists for workshops, and judge entrants.
