Nate Mayes is a Los Angeles-based actor, writer, and producer originally from Arkansas, known for bringing a grounded Southern charm and a quietly intense screen presence. After graduating from Harding University in 2021, Nate made the move to Los Angeles, where he's been steadily building a body of work in independent and short films-while developing original content that reflects his sharp eye for story and character.
He is currently training at The Groundlings and with Camilla Monet, honing both comedic instincts and dramatic depth, and staying focused on truthful, compelling performance. Whether on set or behind the scenes writing and producing, Nate approaches every project with full commitment, creative precision, and a collaborative spirit.
Outside of acting, Nate's creativity spills into visual art-painting large-scale murals across LA and creating commissioned artwork for clients around the world-because for him, one medium is never enough.
