Venetta T. Rowles

After high school, Venetta received her bachelor's degree from The University of California at Los Angeles, majoring in English, and went on to earn a Master's in Educational Administration and Curriculum. She moved to Columbia, Missouri and married, becoming Venetta Rowles. In Missouri, she worked as a teacher and department chair at Jefferson Junior High. In 2004, Venetta moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she is an award winning author, administrator, and senior high school educator, teaching twelfth grade English at Arbor View High School.
