Biography

Jamie Lynn Lowis was born in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Jeffrey Lowis and Cynthia Mattila. She is primarily of Finnish descent. Jamie attained a Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2015. She has worn several hats in the mental health field which include behavioral health program management, psychotherapy, and critical incident stress management facilitation.

Jamie is an emerging actress who began her on-screen career in 2023, transforming a lifelong passion for the arts into a rapidly growing body of work. She made her first appearance in the proof-of-concept production Room 108: Redemption and quickly secured roles across television, film, and independent productions.

Her television credits include Union House Hotel, The Clinic on Washington Street, and Crusader’s Tale. She has also appeared in the feature films Sanguine Teeth on a Driftless Road, What Have We Won, The Giant Spider Invasion: Reimagined, and Ruby Island, along with the short films American Death Trap and an adaptation of Peter Pan.
