Myriam Donasis

Myriam Donasis is a French writer-director, actress and stage director. A self-taught filmmaker, she has developed an independent body of work since the early 1990s, exploring a sensitive and offbeat universe blending humor, fragility and human relationships. She directed several short films, including Direct and Histoire Belge (Grand Jury Prize at the Hyères-les-Palmiers Festival), centered around the theme of assisted reproduction, and has collaborated with actors such as Robin Renucci, Marie Dubois and Juliette Poissonnier. Her work has received recognition at several French and international festivals. She also directed Rosa, co-produced by France Télévisions and broadcast on the program Libre Court, and develops projects for film and television. Alongside her work in cinema, she has also created several stage productions for live performance.
