He was also taking TV productions in high school making football & basketball music videos for the school. It was not until he saw a student film that a few of his friends created that he decided that he was going to become a cinematographer. Having a strong interest for the camera Blaze teamed with a group of martial artists the "Flying Dragonz" and began making martial arts films. Having a martial arts background, he served as a camera operator, director and martial arts choreographer. After a series of films Blaze decided to further his knowledge in film by going to film school at Valencia. During his college days of film school he ventured in making music videos for rappers and a few friends with record labels. Blaze started producing with his first short film "Condomando" and then the short film "Two In The Chamber". His second short film was a production disaster which led him to directing by writing his first feature film "Reload" which he is also directing. In 2002 Acie and some old college colleages decided to form a new entertainment company, Focused In Entertainment which is geered to making their own movies and music videos. His biggest influence is the directing style of Hong Kong filmmakers John Woo, Terence Chang, Tsui Hark and Jackie Chan and writing influences from Christopher Nolan, Mark Millar and Stan Lee. Blaze's favorite director is Clint Eastwood and favored him as an actor in the Good, the Bad and the Ugly trilogy or better called the Man with No Name.
