Biography

Twyla grew up in British Columbia, Canada. She was a competitive soccer player and ski racer but fell in love with acting at a young age. This deep passion led her to study theatre at BYU where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre. She met her husband her first day of sophomore year: they were in the same major. John and Twyla have been married for 12 years and have 3 children just as spunky as they are. Twyla moved to NYC soon after graduating where she and her husband successfully worked professionally in reputable theaters across the country and overseas. They have since felt a deep desire to transition into the Film/TV world and now support their family solely through their craft.
