Biography

Daniela Schneider was born in Mexico City. She has been working as production designer on film and TV projects for twenty year, with directors and producers like: Alejandro Landes, Lorenzo Vigas, Lucia Puenzo, Pablo Cruz, Jaime Romandía, Nicolas Celis and Yorgos Lanthimos. She has continued to work with Amat Escalante and now is into advertising both in Mexico and in the U.S.

Daniela Schneider, is a Mexican production designer and art director. She studied filmmaking in Barcelona and painting at Escola Massana. Returning to Mexico, she worked on Carlos Reygadas' Battle in Heaven (2005) and Amat Escalante's Sangre (2005) as art director. She directed the short Pescador (2008) and feature Cesado (2011). Her work includes Heli (2013) and Post Tenebras Lux (2012).
