CJ Yu

CJ Yu is a television and digital media executive, producer, and creative strategist known for developing premium unscripted formats and global entertainment franchises. He currently serves as Head of Development at Red Bull Media House, where he leads original content creation, brand integrations, and third-party partnerships across sports, culture, and entertainment. Prior to Red Bull, Yu held senior roles at Amazon Studios, where he oversaw global unscripted development and helped launch original formats across multiple international markets. His career also includes leadership positions at Talpa Media, Endemol Shine Group, Warner Bros. Television, and E! Entertainment, where he developed and produced a wide range of reality, competition, and lifestyle programming. In addition to his executive work, Yu is the founder of UNDER CEEJ MEDIA, a consulting and development company focused on building original formats and strategic partnerships for networks, streamers, and global brands. Yu is recognized for his ability to bridge creative storytelling with commercial strategy, crafting culturally relevant content that scales across platforms and international audiences.
