Biography

Iona Bell best known for Lou Lou in Hunger Games, Sunrise on the Reaping (2026) and Myrtle in Fing! (2026).

Iona was born in Cambridgeshire. Iona is an English actress, also with Scottish and Irish heritage. She has a twin brother called Cameron Bell, who is also a professional actor and best known for Young Jimmy in Apple TV Silo S2 and James in Pinocchio Unstrung (2025).

Iona first started training with her local theatre school at the age of five years old. Iona performed at Disneyland Paris as part of their Disney Performing OnStage program in 2018 and quickly fell in love with theatre and acting. Iona went on to perform in many theatre shows and panto.

Iona went on to join Kindred Drama (KYT) and continued her training, taking her LAMDA exams, securing many LAMDA Distinctions.

Iona has continued her screen acting training with Mark Jermin through online virtual and in-person training classes.

Iona is a creative and collaborative actor. Her natural talent within the industry has been commented on by many she has worked closely with.
