Dmytry Karpov Kinrade is a Ukrainian-Canadian film director, screenwriter, and USA Today bestselling author based in USA California. His film debut, The John Experiment, released in 2023, winning multiple awards at film festivals. He is known for his collaborative and people-first approach to directing, as well as his thought provoking writing.

Dmytry resides in wine country California with his partner and long-term collaborator, Lux Karpov Kinrade, along with their three children and seven cats who think they rule the world (spoiler: they do.)
