Mandy Germain

Mandy Germain is an aspiring film editor who is passionate about post-production work. He has edited two short films, Secret Ingredient and Beach House, using software such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Avid Media Composer. He has also worked on various projects, such as documentaries, PSAs, and the cooking TV show Cross Country Cake-Off, where he was an assistant editor for Proper Television. He has gained experience in different genres and formats of editing. He is adaptable, creative, and eager to learn new editing styles and techniques. He wants to improve his skills, work on his projects, and pursue his career goals in the film industry. He is looking for opportunities to showcase his talents and grow as a professional.

Mandy has also worked as an assistant editor for Proper Television on the TV show, Cross Country Cake-Off. Mandy has also produced, directed, and edited a short documentary on his family's journey in the 2010 Haitian earthquake. Mandy has used Unreal Engine to recreate the scenes of the earthquake in the short film. This project is very personal and meaningful to him, as he wants to share his story and raise awareness about the impact of natural disasters on people's lives. He hopes to submit his documentary to film festivals and reach a wider audience.
