Joseph Perez is an American actor, U.S. Army veteran, and law student known for portraying military personnel, law enforcement officers, attorneys, and other authoritative roles.
Joseph served for more than a decade in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Soldier before transitioning into Missile Defense and a civilian finance and business operations leadership roles. During his military career, he deployed multiple times overseas, including combat service during Operation Enduring Freedom XIV in Kandahar, Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He also supported operations in Europe and South Korea, including assignments during the North Korean peace talks, giving him firsthand experience that informs many of his military and law enforcement performances on screen.
In addition to his military service, Perez earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctor of Business Administration. He is currently completing his Juris Doctor while gaining courtroom experience through criminal law internships and trial advocacy, experiences that also contribute authenticity to his legal roles.
As an actor, Perez has appeared in television and film projects including The Curse (Showtime), The Keeper (Amazon Prime Video), Wardriver (Amazon Prime Video), and numerous national commercials and commercial campaigns.
