Yann-Shan Tsai is a bilingual film editor based in Taipei. Trained in sociology and rooted in documentary, she works across fiction and nonfiction. She has collaborated closely with French editor Matthieu Laclau since 2016, and their work together has traveled to Cannes, Venice, and Locarno. Her recent credits include Sleep with Your Eyes Open (2024 Berlinale, FIPRESCI Prize), Lauchabo (2024 TIDF), and After the Cat (2025 PIFF, Best Short Film).
