Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to bring together a group of wildly talented creatives-many of whom showed up through favors and genuine support-to help me recreate the iconic courtroom scene from And Justice for All (1979), originally performed by one of my all-time favorite actors, Al Pacino. The experience was unforgettable... and far from easy. Wearing the producer hat while also acting forced me out of my comfort zone. I found myself juggling logistics, coordinating schedules, asking for help left and right-and for the first time in a while, I felt nervous. Not because of the performance itself, but because I wanted to do the piece justice, both for the people helping me and for the art that inspired it. That said, this process taught me a lot. It reminded me that acting-stepping into a character, feeling every line, living in the moment-is where I feel most at home. Producing gave me a deeper appreciation for what it takes to get a performance off the ground, and I'm so thankful for that perspective. But it also confirmed that my heart belongs in front of the camera. This scene means a lot to me. Al Pacino's performance in And Justice for All isn't just iconic-it's raw, passionate, and deeply human. Reinterpreting it in my own way, with the help of so many generous and creative people, was both humbling and motivating. I know I'm not Al Pacino-and I'm not trying to be. But this was my way of honoring the craft and the legacy of a piece that continues to shape how seriously I take this path.

And Justice For All (1979) Opening Statement Scene (Recreated)

Amar Bedi is a third-generation South Asian Actor born in Cincinnati, Ohio. This rich cultural heritage has profoundly shaped his perspective and driven his pursuits. Amar is a 20-year-old Political Science major at the University of Cincinnati, where he is set to graduate in January 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, having consistently earned his name on the Dean's List.

Amar's journey is characterized by a dual focus on acting and screenwriting. Professionally, he works for Curiosity Entertainment in Los Angeles, collaborating closely with industry leader Adhrucia Apana. In this role, he contributes to a diverse array of projects, including his position as a producer for the iHeartRadio series "Curiosity Storyteller Studio".

In addition to Amar's work, he is dedicated to screenwriting. Amar has completed one screenplay and is in the process of developing a second. His training has been rigorous and varied, encompassing valuable experiences with top industry professionals at Curiosity Entertainment, as well as mentorship from CSA Casting Director Wendy Kurtzman during his time at UCLA, and formal education at Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). These experiences have helped Amar hone his craft and deepen his commitment to both his acting career and his future in law.
