- Carlos Magaña Bru is a composer for film, television, and interactive media, based in Los Angeles. Originally from Toledo, Spain, Carlos began playing piano at the age of four and later studied film scoring at Berklee College of Music.
In 2023, he received the Soren Christensen Award from Berklee's Screen Scoring Department faculty, and in 2024, he won first place in the winter category of the Indie Film Music Contest for his piece Love is a Gift.
Over the past few years, Carlos has been working with Sparks and Shadows and Emmy-winning composer Bear McCreary on major television productions, while also composing for short films, documentaries, video games, and interactive media projects.
