Biography

Rachel is a Georgia native who has been writing since before she was potty trained - she was a late bloomer.

She is married to producer Scott Stamper and is one of the founders of First Cinema and Atlanta Films.

Rachel is mother to two amazing boys and two wonderful labradors.

She has written/co-written two acclaimed short films - Performance Anxiety and Just Asking for It and has recently completed her first feature based on her short film, also titled 'Performance Anxiety'.
