Logyn Okuda is a composer from Hawaii, now in Los Angeles. Whilst halfway through studying music and film at Chapman University, he began working with composer Michael Giacchino, leading him to majority of his work today. Recent works include scoring 'Granadilla', a political spy-thriller starring Faran Tahir, and video games 'Agebringer' by Space Base Games and 'Nightbound: Paralysis' by FlickerLight Games. Additional music credits include Skydance Animation's 'Ray Gunn', Marvel Television's 'VisionQuest', and Amazon Prime's 'Butterfly'. Orchestration credits include 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps', 'Zootopia 2', and 'The End of Oak Street'. Logyn was awarded the 'Movie Music Award' at the Garden State Film Festival for his score on Aiko Lozar’s 'East Did Meet West', a historical drama featured at the 2026 American Pavilion Emerging Filmmakers’ Showcase at Cannes Film Festival. He was also nominated for the 2025 'Emerging Composer Award' from Apulia Soundtrack Awards in Italy, and won 'Outstanding Achievement Award for Original Score' in the 2024 IndieX Film Festival.
