- While completing a performer contract in Japan, Miranda realized that all of her interests, including dance, criminal law, and geocaching, to name a few, could be traced back to captivating stories. Thus, her career in entertainment took shape. She holds a BFA in Dance from Sam Houston State University, and an MFA in Motion Picture Arts from Florida State University. Once a ballerina, always a ballerina, as a filmmaker Miranda is captivated by the "dance" of the camera, the movement by which stories come to life on screen. Nancy Drew is her hero.
