Federico Peretti is a film director and photographer. He began as an editor, a job that influenced his later work and his sense of storytelling. He made several art videos, fiction and experimental short films that were selected at film festivals around the world. He published several photography books and made films and TV shows about football, a world for which he has a special sensitivity. His work is defined by looking beyond the game itself, focusing on the human stories behind sports with an emotive and cinematic approach. He continuously explores different techniques, such as Super 8mm, old analogue cameras, and HD based on SLR cameras, seeking those little things we commonly do not see.
