  • In 1885 Bozenhard went to Hamburg and became a member of the Thalia Theater ensemble . In Hamburg Bozenhard got the nickname "Boz" or "uns' Boz". The versatile actor became very popular there, especially from 1900 to 1912 he was the most important male actor in the Thalia Theater. His main roles included Don Carlos , Mortimer, Reif-Reiflingen and Veilchenfresser.
  • In 1939 he passed on his actor 's ring , from then on called Albert-Bozenhard-Ring , to Ernst Leudesdorff , who has honored the most worthy actor at the Thalia Theater Hamburg to this day.
  • From 1881 to 1884 he worked at the State Theater in Moscow.
