Jim McDowell, also known as The Golden Boy, grew up in Arkansas where he devoted himself to a professional career in wrestling after starting 4 years of football at Harding University. During this time, he also attended dental school and has since become a prominent cosmetic dentist for over 30 years. He is the AIWF National Heavyweight Champion and has received numerous wrestling accolades, training and competing against world renowned wrestlers from CCW, WWE, NWA, and WCW, among many others.
McDowell began pursuing an acting career within the last decade and has appeared in various independent films and shorts, including "Blood Money Vengeance" (2026), "The Hive" (2025), "It's a Party" (2024), and "Hunter's Cabin: Flesh & Blood" (2024). His passions for film and the arts inspired him to even take on roles behind the camera as an executive producer. Additionally, his experience and knowledge as a pro wrestler have enabled him to act as a stunt coordinator on several films.
