Biography

Hope Elaine Tyler was born to Cecil and Jeannie Tyler, in Charleston, South Carolina. She is the middle of three children and an older half-sister to Amanda (deceased.) Hope began modeling at just 4 years old and has continued modeling throughout her life.

In 1996, after a successful modeling career, she landed in Los Angeles and was cast in "Deep Family Secrets" with Angie Dickinson. She grew homesick and returned to the east coast to continue modeling with two spreads in Playbooks Book of Lingerie and was featured in two music videos.

After having a son, Hope embarked on several executive producer ventures. Once her son "left the nest", Hope decided to resume acting on the east coast and stays busy traveling to sets.

As of August 2026, Hope was taking a break, from the silver screen, as she learns to manage a chronic illness known as POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.) Hope says, "Health is everything; physical, mental and spiritual and I hope everyone slows down to listen to their bodies and take time to heal. Better days are ahead!"
