Sarju Patel

From the Monterey Bay Area in California, Sarju Patel studied Film and Philosophy at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. He has written, directed, and produced short and feature films in the US and internationally. Patel Line Produced the award-winning feature "Vanaja" shot on location in Andhra Pradesh, India. The film won Best Debut at the Berlin Film Festival and was nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards for Best First Film and Best Cinematography. He directed the feature film "That Fall" and the short films "One Island to Another" and "Travesty." The latter was nominated for Best Dramatic Short Film and Best Actor in a short film (Duncan Garrow). He also works in producing Commercials and Music Videos.
