Didi Beck is a Jamaican film director. Her work explores the consequences of women descending into their darkest shadows. She received the James Bridges Scholarship for Excellence in Directing at the American Film Institute Conservatory. She graduated in 2024.
Previously, Beck's work as a writer, photographer and artist has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, The Face, Fader, Al Jazeera and the BBC. She worked at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) as a content creator. Since 2025, Beck has voiced the iconic daily horoscope segment StarScope on the national Radio Jamaica 94FM (RJR). She has also spent many years utilizing her most valuable family inheritance - her intuition - offering readings as a professional psychic.
