Biography

Tomas Legat was born in 1991 in the north of the Czech Republic. His parents divorced when he was 10 years old and then he grew up with his mother and younger sister. Since early childhood, he played football competitively. He did not show much interest in his studies, however, he was always into psychology and learning new languages which were both his majors at high school.

After moving to Prague he worked f. e. as a train ticket seller or an art gallery salesman and also did extras where he gained his first experience in front of the camera. For several years he was involved in marketing. Despite the great success in this field, he longed to be in front of the camera again and became an actor. He decided to leave the security of his life and - after six months of traveling around Europe with a backpack - started with professional acting courses and workshops which eventually sparked his acting career.
