- Ruud de Wild was born on April 24, 1969 in Hilversum, Noord-Holland, Netherlands. He is an actor and producer, known for BNN Family (2003), Ruud's record show (2003) and Goede tijden, slechte tijden (1990). He has been married to Aafke Burggraaff since September 21, 2007. They have two children. He was previously married to Tatum Dagelet.

- When Dutch politician Pim Fortuyn was killed outside of the 3FM-radio station, he stood only a few meters away. The period that followed was of course very tough on him; it took months before he could get back to work.
