Andre Fratto(I)

Born in upstate NY to an anthropology professor mother and political science professor father, Andre spent much of his early years abroad. Studying piano at an early age and moving to NY in the early 90's after dropping out of high school, he then spent some time fronting a rock band. Not finding that terribly fulfilling, by the late 90s, Andre had branched out into production and composition of instrumental and orchestral works. In 2000, Andre started writing music for film, scoring his first feature film in 2002 when he also started producing out of the now defunct Skyline Studios. As of 2022, Andre has written two symphonies, a Concerto for World Instruments and Orchestra, a choral piece called Corona, as well as others and is currently composing his first opera. Today Andre continues to score films and compose music for TV as well as produce on the NY indie rock scene.
